At my day-spa I want you to reap full benefit from delightful products, - indulge completely in your chosen treatment and enjoy the serene ambience of the place to the fullest, which is why I kindly ask you to turn off your mobile phone and/or beeper during your visit with me.

I recommend that you eat a light meal and preferably not for the last 2 hours before any aroma bath, aromatherapy, hot stone or other full body massage. It’s not uncommon to feel a bit light-headed and blissfully detached from this world after any longer-lasting treatment at Philoleum. That is why, in order to prolong the positive effects of your treatment, I recommend that you try to avoid making taxing plans for right after your visit …

Very often I am busy attending to my clients and therefore cannot come to the phone. In those cases, however, I always keep my answering services on, so that you may leave me your name, phone number and a short message. I’ll call you back ASAP!

I’ll do anything not to have to cancel or re-schedule your appointment with me. In return I kindly ask you to also honor our appointment with each other. If for some reason, you have to re-schedule or cancel your appointment, I urge you to do so as soon as possible and no later than the day before.  If you fail to cancel or re-schedule in due time, I ask a cancellation fee of 1/2 of the price of the service booked, but no less than 300,00 d.kr., which will be added to your bill at your next visit.
